Green living in your office is very important in the business world. More and more companies are going green and you can take steps to support this whether you work for a company or run your own business. • Adjust the central heat and air settings to save more
• Change the filters to central heat and air often to avoid overworking and keep the machines operating efficiently
• Use energy efficient lighting in the office
• Use power saving modes on the computer
• Unplug all equipment when not in use, such as over night or weekends

You can also promote green living with how you get to work and what you do on breaks. You can ride a bike or walk instead of driving, carpool or take public transportation. Remember green living on your lunch break as well. Even the small things can really pay off.
